There are people who need their doctors aid to help them control their blood pressure, but I am in full agreement that the decision should not be taken on the basis of a few BP readings.
You were right to take steps to control the way you are treated. Too many people forget that a doctor is there to help and not to dictate what a patient should or shouldn`t do. There should be information available and offered on alternative treatments, especially if there exists natural approaches to help one`s condition.
