Hello Gem. Thank you for your wonderful site!

My name is James, I am a holistic health practitioner in California (USA) and have been a hands-on healer and alternative medical advice offerer for over 8 years.

I think alternative health approaches are the way to go. I believe everyone needs to know their options and how what they can do to best support their bodies. I also see that western medical model treatments can be life-saving, especially if a health problem has been undiagnosed and gotten out of hand. Plus, many people are completely oblivious to their bodies' needs until its too late.

Even given the lack of unconscious, I too am committed to seeing that everyone gets a wake-up call and introduction to the vehicle they are walking around in.

I was researching High Blood Pressure as a topic for a SBI site I am developing and happened across yours. Excellent work and very thorough!

Question for you: do you recommend a mineral/vitamin/Coenzyme Q10 supplement program or line to the visitors to your website?

How has the traffic been with this site? And are you getting questions from your visitors? (Great work with all the forms and invitations to contact you!)
