There is one thing I would ask of you, and that is not to expect a diagnosis or prescribed method of treatment. I am NOT a doctor and cannot replace your doctors` care and qualifications.
I can however, as a qualified nutritionist, give you very helpful information on natural treatments and products, lifestyles and literature so you are well informed of alternative methods that you can "choose" and "use" to help control your blood pressure.
There is a pool of information here which is based on scientific studies, and well known professional and trusted health experts.
