Whatever your question is, I will try and help you. If I don’t know the answer I will do my best to try and find it.

There is one thing I would ask of you, and that is not to expect a diagnosis or recommendation of a treatment. I am NOT a doctor and cannot replace your doctors` care and qualifications.

I can, however, give you very helpful information on treatments and products, lifestyles and literature so you are well informed of alternative methods you can "choose" and "use" to help control your blood pressure.
